Orders & Preorders
Select items or collections may be offered as preorders.
Preorders allow us to produce efficiently, reduce waste, and ensure that every piece is made with care.
Estimated production time: 3–5 weeks after the purchase window closes.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another when your item ships.
Shipping
We ship primarily within the United States, but international shipping is available at checkout.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties applied by their country.
U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days after fulfillment
International Orders: 7–21 business days after fulfillment
Lost Packages
Solace Offline is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Any issues that occur during the shipping process must be taken directly to the shipping courier used for your order.
Returns & Exchanges
All Sales Are Final.
Each piece is produced in limited quantities. As a result, we are unable to accommodate returns, exchanges, or cancellations. We ask that you review all product details and sizing information carefully before completing your purchase.

Each garment is produced in limited quantities with attention to fit, fabric weight, and finish.
