Orders & Preorders

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another when your item ships.

Select items or collections may be offered as preorders.
Preorders allow us to produce efficiently, reduce waste, and ensure that every piece is made with care.

Preorders are produced in batches. Please allow 3-6 weeks for preorders to be processed, fulfilled, and shipped (this timeframe is an estimate and may be subject to change).

Drop days may require an additional 3-7 days of processing before production begins, unless stated otherwise.

We'll provide updates regarding preorder progress via Instagram (@solaceoffline).

Shipping

We ship primarily within the United States, but international shipping is available at checkout.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties applied by their country.

U.S. Orders: 3–7 days after fulfillment
International Orders: 7–21 days after fulfillment

Lost Packages

Solace Offline is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbors, your building's front desk, or any secure delivery locations nearby.

Any issues that occur during the shipping process must be taken directly to the shipping courier used for your order.

Returns & Exchanges

All Sales Are Final.
Each piece is produced in limited quantities. As a result, we are unable to accommodate returns, exchanges, or cancellations. We ask that you review all product details and sizing information carefully before completing your purchase.

Quality & Sizing

Each garment is produced in limited quantities with attention to fit, fabric weight, and finish.
For sizing questions, please refer to the detailed size chart on the product page or contact us before purchasing.
